How do grease traps work?
As known as grease interceptors, grease arrestors, grease recovery devices and grease convertors stop fat and oil reside from entering the wastewater network. Providing a receptacle where more than 90% of FOG resides can temporarily store.
In a bustling restaurant, oil droplets and food particles that are not scraped off into the solid waste bin are washed away and end up in the wastewater system.
